of summer vacation!
We slept in around here, which was much needed after a crazy, long weekend and a crazy, long night where I don't think any of us slept well even with the air conditioners on high. It's stinking hot - already pushing 90* and due to reach near 100* by the end of the day. Everyone is a tad cranky and it's looking like today is going to be one long day.
No additional pictures from the reenactment. By the time we got down there they had the camps and canons packed up. I'm not sure why the schedule change happened, except maybe because of our excessive heat. I'm bummed since the photos taken Saturday night are all flawed probably due to the humidity level still residing in my camera from its drop into the creek and previous breakage.
