Feel Good Friday - The Saturday Edition

I totally lost track of the days!!
Today definitely doesn't feel like Saturday to me!
Anyways. Here's the Feel Good Friday list:
1. My baby girl turning 18!
2. Thanksgiving spent with family.
3. Miracles happening with a friends childbirth.
4. Having the 18th birthday shindig turn out well, despite there being nearly 50 people in my house at once. (or more - they moved too fast too count)
5. The store not being too crazy busy when I had to go.
6. My warm house.
7. Sleeping in three days in a row!
Umm...my brain is blank!
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! And Holy Cow I am not ready for this Christmas season! I am trying though - looking for my spirit and hoping to find it somewhere!

Me, too! It was maybe Friday night I told Jim I had absolutely no sense of what day it was.

I'm SO glad someone else isn't ready for Christmas! I know all these people who are done, or almost done with EVERYTHING, and I haven't even started! I find it almost offensive, the notion of being done before Thanksgiving weekend is even over. What's the rush? Stretch out the season, already!

I put a few decorations out today, but only because I took the fall stuff down and the porch needed something. I like stretching out the season, too! Plus, I am so not ready to even think about shopping yet!

We MIGHT have done some decorating/put lights up today if we didn't have the living room thing going on. But ditto on the shopping!

I'm with you guys. Some of the radio stations started in with the 24 hour Christmas music before Thanksgiving day. It irks me enough that the do it from Thanksgiving night til Christmas afternoon and then stop. But before Thanksgiving? It seemed to me that everyone was starting to decorate early this year.

I just can't get on board with that.

I noticed the early decorators, too, Ava. Maybe it has something to do with the milder weather? I know I wouldn't have done anything on Sunday if it had been as cold as Saturday!
I'm also amazed at how many people decorate on Thanksgiving!!
